With the frosty mornings approaching and the sound of sleigh bells in the distance, there may be some of you preparing for that winter wonderland wedding. If your wedding is taking place in the winter months then here is some inspiration for a cosy winter wonderland feel.

Your bouquet and floral decorations can feature bright colours such as gold and crimson without creating a summery feel and giving a beautiful contrast against a snowy backdrop. You could even add different textures such as pine cones, evergreen and berries to capture the cosy feel of Christmas.

You can follow through with the cosy winter feel on your cake. Using a white icing base and then adding berries, evergreen and pine cones. You could even add some flowers to match your bouquet, whether it be real fresh flowers or shaped icing flowers to add to the winter theme.

How romantic would walking through the snow hand in hand be? Unfortunately, we are not always lucky enough to get the weather we desire so a snow machine may be the way forward. This is something that can be enjoyed by children and I'm sure the adults will have a blast too!
